Depending on the navigation device selected, the natural guidance maximum detection distance can reach 100 meters, which can meet the application of almost all scenes. The navigation stop accuracy is comparable to the laser navigation AGV.

Natural guidance is an advanced navigation method that uses the laser measurement sensor to scan and identify the surface of walls, columns and other landmarks in the surrounding natural environment, thus establishing the surrounding environment into the navigation map system. . During the actual walking process, the sensor measures the distance and environment by continuously rotating the laser in the field of view. The AGV forklift compares the static shape of the object scanned by the laser measuring sensor with the navigation map in the vehicle, thereby controlling the vehicle to advance.

Nowadays, the main guiding methods of domestic AGV forklift applications are laser guidance, tape guidance or magnetic guidance, coordinate guidance, inertial guidance and so on. In the field implementation process, the laser guide needs to install the reflector according to the surrounding environment. The tape guide or the magnetic guide needs to lay the magnetic tape and the magnetic nail on the travel path of the AGV forklift.

These jobs are all designed to give the AGV forklift a good navigation environment and to ensure the normal operation of the AGV forklift, which takes up most of the time and effort. The natural guided AGV forklift does not need to rely on the installation of other auxiliary navigation objects during the on-site implementation. It is only necessary to let the AGV forklift automatically travel along the planned route for one week in the existing environment to establish the surrounding environment in the vehicle map. Therefore, it can be seen that in the efficiency first, the natural guiding AGV makes the implementation of the site easier, greatly reducing the installation time and cost.
