The competition for low-cost homogenization within the industry is fierce.
In this regard, China's AGV industry should speed up the integration of resources, implement division of labor and cooperation, jointly build a public technology platform system, formulate industry standards, increase product standardization, modularization, and improve the level of intelligence. On the one hand, AGV management monitoring and dispatching system is one of the important core technologies of AGV system. It is necessary to develop the development of management scheduling system based on more than 100 AGVs, and carry out special research on human-computer interaction technology, remote monitoring technology and remote fault diagnosis technology to improve The software development level of China's independent intellectual property rights to adapt to the domestic market demand of AGV in recent years.
On the other hand, the AGV vehicle controller is the core of the AGV control system. The development of the dedicated AGV vehicle controller based on the embedded computer system replaces the AGV vehicle controller with the industrial computer or the general PLC as the main control unit. The trend is also the focus of future research and development work.
