Spraying painting robot types and product features

Author: DANBACH Date: 2018-06-22 source: Internet

Spray painting robots are industrial robots that can spray paint or spray other paints. The painting robot is mainly composed of a robot body, a computer, and a corresponding control system. The hydraulically driven painting robot also includes a hydraulic oil source such as an oil pump, a fuel tank, and a motor. The joint structure with 5 or 6 degrees of freedom is mostly adopted. The arm has a large movement space and can perform complicated trajectory movement. The wrist generally has 2 to 3 degrees of freedom and can be flexibly moved.

The more advanced paint robot wrist adopts a flexible wrist, which can bend in all directions and can rotate. Its action is similar to a person's wrist and can easily penetrate a small hole into the interior of the workpiece and spray the inner surface. Spray paint robots are widely used in automobile, instrumentation, electrical appliances, enamel and other process production departments.

1. A gas spraying robot

Air-spraying robots are also called low-pressure air-spraying. The sprayer relies on low-pressure air to make the paint form an atomized air flow on the surface of the object (wall or wood surface) after it is sprayed out of the muzzle. There is no gas spraying compared to the hand brush. Brush marks, but the plane is relatively uniform, the unit work time is short, can effectively shorten the construction period. However, there is a spatter phenomenon in the air spray and there is a waste of paint. When viewed at a close distance, very fine particles are visible. General gas spraying adopts general-purpose air compressors in the decoration industry. Relatively speaking, one machine is used for multiple purposes and the investment cost is low. There are also special machines such as suction type gas spraying machines and self-dropping gas spraying machines on the market.

2. Airless spraying robot

Airless painting robots can be used for the construction of high-viscosity paints with sharp edges and can even be used for some spraying projects with boundary requirements. According to the mechanical type, it can be divided into pneumatic type airless sprayer, electric airless sprayer, internal combustion type airless sprayer, automatic sprayer and many other. In addition, it should be noted that if the metal surface is painted, it is to use metallic paint (magnetic paint).
