Large area operation: the navigation system of unmanned forklift belongs to independent research and development, which can store a large number of environment maps, and the navigation map can be switched freely, so as to realize automatic navigation between multi floors and multi regions. When driving between multi floors and multi areas, the system automatically switches the environment map.

Safety protection system: the unmanned forklift adopts multiple safety protection. If any protection is triggered, the forklift will immediately slow down / stop to ensure the safe and stable operation of production.

1. The laser anti-collision driving direction is full coverage, the personnel enter a certain safety range (adjustable) to trigger the safety protection, the forklift AGV stops, the personnel leave, and the AGV automatically returns to normal operation.

2. The photoelectric anti-collision device is installed on the fork of the unmanned forklift. Once the distance between the forklift and the object is within a certain value, the AGV structure of the forklift truck is designed. The forklift stops immediately and the object moves away to resume normal operation.

3. Mechanical anti-collision unmanned forklift truck body is equipped with mechanical anti-collision strip for multiple safety protection.

4. Sound light warning and emergency stop button when the forklift is running, the warning music will be played, and the warning light will constantly flash to remind workers to avoid in time. The effect of warning music and warning light is different in different states of unmanned forklift.

Automatic mode / manual mode fast switching: unmanned forklift has two operation modes: automatic mode and manual mode. One button can realize the free switching of the two modes. When abnormal conditions occur, it is convenient for personnel to switch to manual mode.

Automatic / manual charging: there are two charging methods for unmanned forklift: manual charging and automatic charging. Manual charging is manually connected to the charger to charge the unmanned forklift truck. Automatic charging: the central dispatching system obtains the electric quantity of the vehicle. When it is lower than the charging threshold, it will send a charging command to control the unmanned forklift to go to the charging pile for automatic charging. After the charging is completed, it will return to the waiting area and wait for the task to be executed.
